Concrete Mold/Form

Concrete Mold/Form

Do you need to place and form a number of identical, raised concrete foundations intended to receive static, or, dynamic engineered structures?  If the answer is “yes,” we can help you.   The product in the video was initially designed and provided to the Signals and Communications division of the Canadian Pacific Railway.   They needed to generate raised concrete caps/pilasters with cable raceways and anchor bolts extending down into robust formed foundations.   Such a raised cap would afford subsequently-mounted aluminum cantilever structures the mechanical and chemical protection they needed near roadways.   The mold product delivered had to be durable, easy to use, time-saving, safe and capable of forming a high quality product.

If your company is involved in railway construction, or, maintenance, this product will represent a valuable, long-term asset.   If your business involves the connection of other products to raised foundations, the same can be said. Variations for tub size, anchor bolt diameter and placement can be accommodated referencing the same basic design in the accompanying video showing a mold with a 33” base.

Enjoy the video, and thanks for watching
